This blog is my eDiary for the planning of my Naija Wedding. Can’t wait until June 2008!
Naijablue (the Bride)
I am the Gemini: Isn’t she lovely, no she is wonderful! She is a diamond, one of those things that you know it’s important to keep around. She will be there for you when know one else will. She is your counselor, your mediator, an angel in disguise. Some say she will give you the last dime she has, those say she understands how they feel, others will say she is extremely studious and she let’s no one stand in her way. She believes in faith, what can not be seen, and she learns everyday that patience is a virtue.
I am currently studying for my master’s degree in Education: Instructional Technology at UMUC ( www.umuc.edu ). I attended GMU (www.gmu.edu -the champions!) and UMUC for my bachelors degree in Communication.
I love to go dancing, do tae-bo, work out at the gym, surf the Internet, research about weddings, and travel. I have been to Tunisia, Nigeria, England, Canada, and France. My favorite color is light blue, which is the same color I wore to my high school prom.
Also check out these websites, I think they are getting married in naija as well their pictures are pretty.

Is that your wedding dress? absolutely gorgeous. Wish you all th ebest as you countdown towards the aisle. How’re you coping with the runing expenses and other miscellanous expenses that creep up with big weddings? especially when you’re not living in Nigeria? Cos when my twin sister was getting married two years ago, we didn’t bargain for the wedding expenses and due to that, i’ve made up my own mind that my own wedding will be a smaller event without all the paparazzi in town.
Beautiful blog honey! I can feel the joy in your heart!
God bless you and your fiance on this journey.
Keep us posted! 🙂

Hello,
Congratulations! Hope you’re still having a blissful married life. I love this blog, its’s a wealth of information, especially if you’re planning a long distance wedding, I’m in London and getting married in Nigeria in December.
Still in very early stages of planning. What kind of cost are venues in Lagos?
I saw that you have Jhalobia Gardens listed in the vendors list, did you visit this place?
Also do you know anyone that has got married there? I would love to get some feedback from anyone about the pros and cons before committing myself.
Please email me if you have the time, would really love your input. Well done on such a great blog.
God bless
